Zedbazi Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

Registration Eligibility:

• Users must be at least 18 years old. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately.
• Each individual may hold only one Zedbazi account.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, truthful, and up to date.
• Opening an account with false information may result in the account and any associated winnings being forfeited.

KYC Verification:

• Zedbazi may request identity verification documents (NID, passport, or driving license) at any time.
• Large withdrawals may be temporarily held until KYC verification is completed.
• Users who complete identity verification enjoy faster payment processing.

Account Security:

• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• If you detect any unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at support@zedbazi.app.

Bet Acceptance:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Always verify the odds before placing a bet — odds are subject to change at any time.
• Bets may not be accepted if there is a lag during live betting.

Match Cancellation & Suspension:

• If a match is cancelled before it begins, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a match is suspended within a specified period after kick-off, Zedbazi's designated policy will apply.
• In cricket, bets are generally voided if the minimum required number of overs has not been completed.

System Error:

• Zedbazi reserves the right to cancel any bet accepted in error due to a technical issue.
• Bets placed on clearly incorrect odds (Palpable Error) will be voided.

Deposit Rules:

• Zedbazi currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposits must be made exclusively from your own mobile banking account.
• Minimum deposit is ৳500. No additional charges apply to deposits.
• Payments made through third parties may result in a temporary account suspension.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Payments are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Minimum withdrawal is ৳300.
• Withdrawals can only be processed via the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳20,000 require KYC verification.
• Zedbazi reserves the right to hold unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests for verification.

Anti-Money Laundering:

• Zedbazi complies with international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies.
• Suspicious financial activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Wagering Requirements:

• Each bonus carries a specific wagering multiplier (typically 5x to 20x).
• A required wagering amount must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotion's detail page.

Bonus Usage Limits:

• The same promotion cannot be used across multiple accounts.
• Claiming the same bonus from two accounts on the same device, IP address, or household is not permitted.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Expiry & Cancellation:

• Most bonuses are valid for 7 to 30 days from the date of issue.
• Unused bonuses expire automatically at the end of their validity period.
• Zedbazi reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program without prior notice.

Any of the following actions will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of balance:

• Match Fixing: Attempting to influence the outcome of a match, alone or in collusion with others.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing bets across multiple platforms in a coordinated manner to guarantee profit (arbitrage betting).
• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts under the same name or with different details.
• Bots or Automation: Using software or bots to place bets or manage your account.
• Fraud: Filing false payment claims, chargebacks, or any other form of financial manipulation.
• Hacking: Exploiting system vulnerabilities or attempting unauthorized access.

Zedbazi believes betting is a form of entertainment — it should never be seen as a source of income or livelihood.

Our Tools:

• Betting Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits.
• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit limit for yourself.
• Cooldown Period:Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account for a period of 6 months to 5 years.

Reasons why Zedbazi may close an account:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions
• Suspected Fraud or Deception
• Suspected Money Laundering
• False or Inaccurate Registration Information
• Court or Regulatory Authority Order

Closed Account Balance:

• If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance will be returned after review.
• If fraud is established, the full account balance may be forfeited.
• If a user closes their own account, any remaining balance will be returned after verification.

Complaint Process:

• Step 1: Send us a detailed email at support@zedbazi.app.
• Step 2: Zedbazi will provide an initial response within 72 hours.
• Step 3: For complex issues, a final resolution will be provided within 14 business days.

Escalation:

• If you are not satisfied with a Zedbazi decision, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority.
• In all disputes, the logs and records retained by Zedbazi shall serve as final and conclusive evidence.

• Zedbazi reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Users will be notified of significant changes via email or an on-platform notice.
• Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
• The date of the most recent update will always be displayed at the top of this page.
